Pastor Allen Golden was called into the ministry in May, 1998. Two months later he was voted in as Pastor of Old Paths Baptist Church.  Through the years Pastor Golden has shown his faithfulness by standing true to the truths of God’s word, and having a genuine heart for the people of Jefferson City, Missouri.  He has a wonderful wife, Cherie, five boys, and a girl.  All the children are faithfully working in different aspects of the ministry.  Pastor Golden has a real burden for Godly families and through the years has put into practice what he preaches in regards to child rearing.  If you are looking for a church and pastor that has a genuine concern for your family, then Old Paths Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Golden, might be just what you are looking for.
